摘　　要：通过问卷调研和资料查阅,针对我国党政机关业务技术用房建设标准及业务技术用房类别进行深入研究和分析,将党政机关业务技术用房分为十一种类型,为项目审批部门开展业务技术用房立项审批工作以及有关部门开展监督检查工作提供依据,并提出关于党政机关业务技术用房建设标准编制工作的政策建议。Based on a large number of literature research and data access,this paper conducts in-depth research and analysis on the construction standards and types of business and technical housing of Party and government organs in China,divides the business and technical housing of Party and government organs into 11 types,which provides the basis for the project approval department to carry out the approval work of business and technical housing and the supervision and inspection work of relevant departments.Finally,puts forward the policy suggestions on the standard compilation of the party and government organs’ business and technical housing construction.
