摘  要:在实现“碳达峰、碳中和”以及建设新型电力系统的背景下,抽水蓄能迎来大规模高速发展时期。电价机制对于保障抽水蓄能行业健康稳定发展起到了非常重要的作用。本文提出与现货市场相衔接的峰谷分时电价的测算方法,以峰谷电价下的抽水蓄能电站电量收益为切入点,结合容量电价及收益分享机制,推求实行两部制电价抽水蓄能电站的总体效益。研究结果期望为抽水蓄能运营以及未来参与电力市场提供支撑。Under the background of achieving "carbon peak,carbon neutral" and building a new power system,pumped storage ushers in a period of large-scale and high-speed development.The electricity price mechanism plays a very important role in ensuring the healthy and stable development of the pumped storage industry.This paper puts forward the calculation method of peak and valley electricity price which is connected with the spot market.Taking the electricity revenue of pumped storage power plants under peak-valley price as the starting point,combined with the capacity price and revenue sharing mechanism,the overall benefit of the pumped storage power plants with two-part electricity price is calculated.The research results hope provide support for pumped storage operation and future participation in the power market.
