摘　　要：为实现淮南矿业煤资源的合理高效利用,分析了淮南矿业典型的3种1/3焦煤的煤质及炼焦特性,介绍了其在顶装焦炉和捣固焦炉炼焦生产中的应用实践情况。生产焦炉实践证明:淮河一号为优质1/3焦煤,可作为主力1/3焦煤大比例使用,其煤质特征兼具肥煤特性,也可部分替代肥煤使用,焦炭质量维持稳定;淮河二号挥发分偏高,具有较好的黏结性和流动性,在捣固焦炉中可作为1/3焦煤大比例配用;淮河三号1/3焦煤具有低灰、低硫特性,在配煤炼焦中主要起到降灰、降硫作用,可大比例配用生产高品质低灰低硫焦炭。In order to utilize coal resources of Huainan Mining Group rationally and efficiently,the coal properties and coking characteristics of its three typical 1/3 coking coals were analyzed,and their applications in top charging coke ovens and stamping coke ovens were introduced.It was proved in the industrial coke ovens that Huaihe No.1 coal was high-quality 1/3 coking coal,which could be used in a large proportion as the main 1/3 coking coal;it could also partially replace fat coal,and the coke quality remained stable,since its properties were similar to those of fat coal.Huaihe No.2 coal had high volatile matter and good caking property and fluidity,which could be used in a large proportion as 1/3 coking coal in stamping coke oven.Huaihe No.31/3 coking coal had the characteristics of low ash and low sulfur,it mainly played the role of reducing ash and sulfur in the coking of blended coal,and it could be used in a large proportion to produce high-quality coke with low ash and sulfur contents.
