摘  要:介绍了高密度低水分智能码垛炼焦优化配煤技术原理和技术特点。通过工业化单孔、群孔试验研究,验证智能码垛炼焦能够提高煤饼堆密度至1.20 t/m^(3)(干基),相比捣固炼焦,可增加不黏煤、弱黏煤配入量20~30个百分点,降低配煤成本;且在不影响煤饼稳定性的前提下,可降低入炉煤水分3个百分点,具有模块化、智能化、清洁化、节能化等特点。The technical principles and characteristics of high density and low moisture intelligent palletizing coking(IPC)to optimize coal blending were introduced.Through the industrial single-hole and multi-hole test,it was verified that intelligent palletizing coking could increase the bulk density of coal cake to 1.20 t/m^(3)(dry basis),increase the consumption of non caking coal and weakly caking coal by 20-30 percentage points,and lower the coal blending cost.On the premise of not affecting the stability of the coal cake,the moisture of coal entering the furnace was reduced by 3 percentage points,which showed features of module,intelligence,clean and energy saving compared with the stamping coking.
