摘  要:采用破乳混凝气浮技术对煤化工含石蜡废水进行预处理研究,分析了破乳剂、无机絮凝剂、有机助凝剂的种类和投加量等因素对废水破乳混凝气浮效果的影响。结果表明,破乳混凝气浮对煤化工含石蜡废水是一种有效的预处理技术,其最佳操作条件为破乳剂DMS02、无机絮凝剂PAFC2及有机助凝剂CPAM2的投加质量浓度分别为400 mg/L、200 mg/L及3 mg/L,此时处理后废水的COD、浊度的去除率分别为30.34%、96.40%。The process of demulsification combined with coagulation and floatation was used to pre-treat the paraffin-containing wastewater in coal chemical industry,and the influences of the types,dosage and other factors of demulsifier,inorganic flocculant and organic coagulant on the coagulation and floatation effect of paraffin-containing wastewater were studied.The results showed that demulsification-coagulation and floatation was an effective pretreatment technology for paraffin containing wastewater,the best operating conditions for the pretreatment were the demulsifier DMS02,the inorganic flocculant PAFC2 and the organic coagulant CPAM2 with the dosage concentrations of 400 mg/L,200 mg/L and 3 mg/L respectively.And the corresponding highest removal rates of COD and turbidity after such pretreatment were 30.34%and 96.40%respectively.
