摘  要:针对半焦废水挥发酚含量高、水质波动大的特点,以陕西神木某兰炭厂半焦废水为研究对象,使用甲基异丁基酮和乙酸丁酯对原水进行萃取,并使用NaOH溶液进行反萃。实验考察了萃取和反萃过程中,相比、温度、pH、时间、萃取级数等因素对萃取和反萃效果的影响。结果表明:甲基异丁基酮是适合陕北地区半焦含酚废水的萃取剂;在相比1∶6、pH 5、温度35℃、萃取时间10 min、二级萃取条件下,经萃取,废水挥发酚质量浓度由3800 mg/L降至311.6 mg/L,萃取率为91.8%;使用质量浓度为80 g/L的NaOH溶液对萃取后有机相进行反萃,在相比为1∶1、温度为35℃、搅拌20 min的条件下,反萃率为79.4%;在多次循环使用过程中,萃取剂表现出较好的稳定性。In view of the characteristics of high volatile phenol content and high water quality fluctuation in semi-coke wastewater,taking semi-coke wastewater of a semi-coke plant in Shaanxi Shenmu as the research object,the raw water was extracted with methyl isobutyl ketone and butyl acetate,and then back-extracted with NaOH solution.The impacts of phase ratio,temperature,pH,time and number of stages on the extraction results during the extraction and back-extraction processes were investigated.The results showed that methyl isobutyl ketone was a suitable extraction agent for phenol-containing wastewater from semi-coke in northern Shaanxi Province.Under the conditions of 1:6 phase ratio,pH 5,temperature 35℃,extraction time 10 min and two-stage extraction,the concentration of volatile phenol in wastewater was reduced from 3800 mg/L to 311.6 mg/L after extraction,and the extraction rate was 91.8%.Using 80 g/L NaOH solution to back-extract the organic phase,the back-extraction rate was 79.4%under the conditions of 1:1 phase ratio,temperature 35℃and 20 min stirring.In the process of repeated use,the extraction agent showed good stability.
