摘　　要：随着国家环保标准的提升,长青公司甲醇储罐区VOCs排放已不能满足相关的标准要求。分析了常见的VOCs治理工艺技术,并对国内甲醇储罐区尾气治理现状进行了调查分析,在此基础上,结合长青公司甲醇储罐区尾气成分特点,拟采取粗甲醇储罐尾气增压去燃料气管网、精甲醇储罐尾气进行二级水洗的分类治理方案,项目建成后可实现尾气的达标排放和资源综合利用。With the improvement of national environmental protection standards,the VOCs emissions from the methanol tank of Changqing Company could no longer meet the requirements of the relevant standards.The common VOCs treatment technologies were analyzed,and the current situation of tail gas treatment in the methanol tank in China was investigated.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of tail gas composition in the methanol tank of Changqing Company,the classified treatment scheme was proposed to pressurize the tail gas of crude methanol tank to the fuel gas pipeline and make two-stage water washing of the tail gas of refined methanol tank.After the completion of the project,the tail gas emission could meet the standard,achieving comprehensive utilization of the resources.
