摘　　要：简述了气流床气化炉激冷环的主要作用和操作要求,归纳了激冷环的主要失效模式,分析了激冷环的结构并提出了结构设计思路和结构参数确定原则;基于激冷环的操作工况和设计要求,提出了激冷环在选材、加工及装配中的技术要求,可为实际工程应用提供参考。The function,operation requirements and dominant failure modes of the quenching ring in entrained-flow gasifier were described and summarized.The quenching ring structure was analyzed,and the structure design concept and parameter determination principles of the quenching ring were put forward.Based on the operating conditions and design requirements of the quenching ring,the proposal was made for the technical requirements during the material selection,processing and assembly of the quenching ring,which could provide a practical reference for its engineering application.
