摘 要:介绍了中天合创化工分公司余热汽轮机的设备情况及蒸汽流程,认为余热汽轮机在正常运行过程中出现的真空度上升问题是由于真空严密性不合格所致。排除了真空破坏门、排汽缸结合面及爆破片、机组多级水封、凝汽器汽侧其他设备、机组轴端等泄漏原因后,考虑到余热机组汽源的特殊性,认为机组来汽中混入大量含CO、H_(2)S的不凝结气体是导致汽轮机真空严密性不合格的原因,并提出了应对措施。The equipment condition and steam process of waste heat turbine of Chemical Branch,Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co.,Ltd.were introduced.In view of the problem that the vacuum degree of waste heat turbine rose during normal operation,it was considered that the vacuum tightness was unqualified.After excluding the leakage in the vacuum breaking valve,the joint surface of exhaust cylinder and bursting disc,the multistage water seal of the unit,other equipment on the steam side of the condenser,the shaft end of the unit and other positions,and considering the uniqueness of the steam source of the waste heat unit,it was believed that the reason for the unqualified air tightness of the turbine was that a large amount of non-condensable gas containing CO and H_(2)S was mixed in the incoming steam of the unit,and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
