摘 要:甲硫醇合成工艺中,合成尾气中的硫化氢通常送尾气焚烧系统焚烧处理,尾气中的有效成分损失较大,针对此问题,提出了一种利用低温甲醇洗回收甲硫醇合成尾气中硫化氢等有效组分的工艺。详细介绍了该工艺的流程,对比了采用低温甲醇洗吸收前后甲硫醇合成尾气的成分,试生产实践表明,经低温甲醇洗后尾气中的硫化氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚等吸收效果良好,其中硫化氢吸收率达95%以上;按照年运行7000 h、硫化氢回收量100 m^(3)/h计算,年可节约成本约212万元。In the current methyl mercaptan synthesis process,the hydrogen sulfide in the synthesis tail gas was directly incinerated in the tail gas system,which resulted in a large loss of the effective components in the tail gas.To solve this problem,a process of using rectisol to recover the effective components such as hydrogen sulfide in the tail gas of methyl mercaptan synthesis was proposed.The process flow of this technology was introduced in detail.The tail gas components of methyl mercaptan synthesis before and after rectisol were compared.The trial production showed that the absorption effect of hydrogen sulfide,methyl mercaptan and dimethyl sulfide in the tail gas after rectisol was good,and the absorption rate of hydrogen sulfide was more than 95%.Calculated based on the annual operation of 7000 h,hydrogen sulfide recovery amount of 100 m^(3)/h,the annual cost could be saved by 2.12 million yuan.
