摘 要:湿式氧化法脱硫工艺广泛应用于焦炉煤气脱硫。综述了改良ADA法、氨水液相催化法、栲胶法、络合铁法、砷碱法等湿式氧化法脱硫工艺的脱硫机理和工艺流程,介绍了一些新的研究进展,对比了各种方法的优缺点,讨论了焦炉煤气脱硫技术的选择。分析认为,未来实现高效脱硫需从设备改造、多种方法联合使用、加强脱硫副产物处理等方面深入研究。The wet oxidation desulfurization process has the advantages of convenient source of absorbent,stable operation and high desulfurization efficiency,and has become a widely used coke oven gas desulfurization process.However,in the process of desulfurization,there are also such problems as sulfur blockage,large side reactions,and defects in desulfurization agent.The desulfurization mechanism and process flow of modified ADA method,aqueous ammonia liquid phase catalytic method,tannin extract method,complexed iron method,arsenic-alkali method and other processes were reviewed,some new research progresses were introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared,and the selection of desulfurization technology was discussed.According to the analysis,the realization of efficient desulfurization in the future needed in-depth research from the aspects of equipment transformation,combined use of multiple methods,and development of new desulfurization agents.
