摘 要:介绍了分散剂、稳定剂、辅助剂等水煤浆添加剂的分类及研究现状,着重分析了对水煤浆性能影响较大的添加剂分散剂的研究现状。目前研究和应用较多的水煤浆分散剂主要有木质素系、萘系等,根据分散剂特点进行复配使用,可以在一定程度上提高成浆性能、降低成本。简单分析了水煤浆添加剂的发展方向,认为充分利用含油废水、焦化废水、印染废水等制备水煤浆添加剂是未来的发展趋势。The classification and research status of coal water slurry(CWS)additives,such as dispersant,stabilizer and adjuvant,were introduced,and the research status of additive dispersants that had a greater impact on the performance of CWS were emphatically analyzed.At present,the most researched and applied dispersants for CWS were mainly lignin-based and naphthalene-based dispersants.According to the characteristics of dispersant,the additive used in combination could improve slurrying performance and reduce cost to a certain extent.The development direction of CWS additives was analyzed.It was considered that making full use of oily wastewater,coking wastewater,printing and dyeing wastewater,etc.to prepare CWS additives was the future development trend.
