摘 要:为解决金川龙首矿进路回采爆破装药效率低、安全性低、劳动强度大及爆破成本高的问题,提出了采用现场混装乳化炸药爆破技术。通过理论计算及试验,确定了混装乳化炸药的相关参数,并制定了爆破参数设计合理性的评判公式,初步计算判断参数设计是合理的。通过现场试验,对比分析得到:进路回采采用现场混装乳化炸药爆破技术,装药效率提高了35.5%,服务能力增加21.3万t/a,爆破单循环进尺增加了0.23 m,崩矿量增加了11.5%,年爆破成本可节省25.9万元,爆破物品管理及人工作业安全性更高,劳动强度更低。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,low safety,high labor intensity and high blasting cost in the drift mining blasting of Longshou Mine,the on-site mixed emulsified blasting technology was proposed.Through theoretical calculation and test,the relevant parameters of mixed emulsified explosives were determined,and the evaluation formula for the rationality of blasting parameter design was formulated.The preliminary calculation and judgment of parameter design was reasonable.Through field test and comparative analysis,it is concluded that after using the on-site mixed emulsified explosive blasting technology in the drift mining,the charging efficiency is increased by 35.5%,the service capacity is increased by 213000 t/a,the single cycle footage of blasting is increased by 0.23 m,the amount of ore collapse is increased by 11.5%,the annual blasting cost can be saved by 259000 RMB,the management of blasting items and manual operation are more safe,and the labor intensity is lower.
