摘  要:河南某萤石矿的有价元素为萤石、钼和银,但其中仅有萤石具有回收价值。通过流程试验和不同参数条件试验,确定此萤石矿选矿试验流程为“一段磨矿+一粗一扫五精”。在磨矿细度-0.075 mm占65%的条件下,试验获得的选矿指标为:萤石精矿品位为98.03%,回收率为96.68%;尾矿品位为3.65%,回收率为3.32%,萤石精矿达到了萤石精矿FC-98(YB/T 5217—2005)的品级要求。The valuable elements of a fluorite ore in Henan are fluorite,molybdenum and silver,but only fluorite has recycling values.Through process test and other tests on different parameter conditions,it is determined that the beneficiation test process of fluorite ore is one stage grinding,one roughing,one scavenging and five refining.Under the condition that the grinding fineness is-0.075 mm accounting for 65%,good beneficiation indexes can be obtained by the test,in which the grade and the recovery rate of fluorite concentrate is 98.03%and 96.68%,and grade and the recovery rate of tailings is 3.65%and 3.32%.The fluorite concentrate can meet the grade requirements of fluorite concentrate FC-98(YB/T 5217—2005).
