摘 要:为了降低粉尘对人体的危害,通过分子模拟和试验分析相结合,从宏观和微观双角度,综合地探究表面活性剂对无烟煤的润湿调控机制。采用分子动力学模拟出的空间分布、非键相互作用、氢键作用来比较阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂在无烟煤润湿方面的异同,试验选用的试剂为:(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)AEO-9、(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)SDBS、(顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯磺酸盐)快渗T和(壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚)NP-10。通过动态表面张力试验探究试剂对水的改性效果,采用红外光谱试验探究试剂对无烟煤的改性效果。结果表明:表面活性剂在液固界面定向排列,但阴离子表面活性剂有序性更强。阴离子表面活性剂对静电作用力的提升高于非离子表面活性剂,对氢键作用力的提升低于非离子表面活性剂。试验的4种试剂能大幅度降低水的表面张力,经试剂处理的无烟煤其亲水基团提升,润湿性增强,快渗T的润湿作用最“温和”。In order to reduce the harm of dust to human body,through the combination of molecular simulation and experimental analysis,the control mechanism of surfactant on the wetting of anthracite was comprehensively explored from both macro and micro perspectives.The spatial distribution,non-bond interaction and hydrogen bond interaction simulated by molecular dynamics were used to compare the similarities and differences of negative/non-ionic surfactants in the wetting of anthracite.Reagents to be selected in the experiment included(fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether)AEO-9,(sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate)SDBS,(diisooctyl maleate sulfonate)rapid penetrant T and(nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether)NP-10.Dynamic surface tension experiment was used to explore the modification effect of reagent on water,and infrared spectrum experiment was used to explore the modification effect of reagent on anthracite.The results show that the surfactants are oriented at the liquid-solid interface,but the anionic surfactants have a stronger order.Anionic surfactants have a higher electrostatic force than non-ionic surfactants,and a lower hydrogen bond force than non-ionic surfactants.The four reagents can greatly reduce the surface tension of water.After the reagent treatment of anthracite,the hydrophilic group is improved and the wettability is enhanced.The wetting effect of rapid penetrant T is the most mild.
