摘 要:针对充填管道磨损评级具有模糊性的特点,引入SPA和未确知测度双重理论,构建SPA-未确知测度管道磨损预测模型。以国内5个矿山为例,选取了充填料浆质量浓度、充填骨料形状等11个定量及定性影响因子,建立了充填管道磨损评价体系。为了克服SPA由专家打分确定评价等级的主观性,融合未确知测度,建立了单指标测度函数,结合各指标的权重系数及SPA联系度分量,计算不同矿山的充填管道磨损等级及变化趋势。计算结果表明,选取的5个矿山充填管道磨损等级均为Ⅱ级,与实际情况相符,验证了所建模型的可行性。In view of the fuzziness of filling pipeline wear rating,the SPA-unascertained measure model for pipeline wear prediction were constructed by introducing SPA theory and unascertained measure.Taking five mines in China as examples,11 quantitative and qualitative influencing factors such as mass concentration of filling slurry and shape of filling aggregate were selected to establish the filling pipeline wear evaluation system.In order to overcome the subjectivity that SPA uses experts’score to determine the evaluation grade,the single index measurement function was established by combining the unascertained measure with SPA.Combined with the weight coefficient of each index and the SPA connection degree component,the filling pipeline wear grades and change trends in different mines were calculated.The calculation results showed that the filling pipelines wear grades in five mines were all at gradeⅡ,which were consistent with the actual situation and verified the feasibility of the model.
