摘 要:随着科技创新步伐的加快和生产理念的进步,矿业设备呈现精细化、多样化和智能化的趋势。为预测露天矿生产与运输设备管理的最新发展趋势,全面回顾了近6年来国内外露天矿设备管理的主要文献,详细地介绍了文献的研究目标、模型算法及研究结果。通过分析各设备系统的主要研究设备、研究内容及采用的研究方法,分别讨论了不同设备管理系统研究的主要特点和局限性。指出了增加矿业设备调度研究的重要性和加强设备时效性管理的必要性,强调了矿山设备未来发展在自动化技术应用、多系统集成、智能化管理、多指标评价等方面面临的挑战。With the accelerated pace of scientific and technological innovation and the progress of production concept,mining equipment presents a trend of refinement,diversification and intelligence.In order to predict the latest development trend of production and transportation equipment management in open-pit mines,the main literatures on equipment management in the mines of all the word in recent six years were reviewed comprehensively,and the research objectives,model algorithms and research results of the literatures were introduced in detail.By analyzing the main research equipment,research contents and research methods of each equipment system,the main characteristics and limitations of different equipment management systems were discussed respectively.It points out the importance of increasing the research of mining equipment scheduling and the necessity of strengthening the timeliness management of equipment,and emphasizes the challenges faced by the future development of mining equipment in the application of automation technology,multi-system integration,intelligent management,multi-index evaluation,etc.
