摘 要:以SGT5-4000F重型燃气轮机为研究对象,分析了部分负荷下提升燃气轮机排烟温度(OTC)对联合循环发电机组性能的影响。基于EBSILON软件,分别按照将OTC提升至600,605和613℃3种方案对联合循环发电机组性能分析。结果表明:大气温度在-20~4.2℃之间时,热耗率可降低15~30 kJ/(kW·h);在负荷率为60%时,供热能力可提高1.7%~3.7%,且OTC提升至613℃后的供热能力提高值最大。Taking the SGT5-4000 F heavy-duty gas turbine as the research object,the effect of increasing the gas turbine exhaust gas temperature(OTC)under partial load on the performance of combined cycle generator unit was analyzed.Based on EBSILON software,analyses of combined cycle generator unit performance were finished according to the three schemes of OTC raising to 600℃,605℃and 613℃respectively.The results show that the heat consumption rate can be reduced by 15 kJ/(kW·h)to 30 kJ/(kW·h),when the atmosphere temperature is between-20℃and-4.2℃;when the load rate is 60%,the heating capacity can be increased by 1.7%to 3.7%,and the improvement of heating capacity of the unit reaches its maximum when using the scheme of OTC raising to 613℃.
