摘 要:焊接纵向残余应力是影响钢压杆整体稳定性的重要因素之一。基于ANSYS对Q690高强钢焊接T形截面纵向残余应力大小及分布情况进行数值模拟分析。通过与已有的研究成果对比,提出合理的有限元分析模型;借助该模型,分析纵向残余应力大小及分布随板件宽厚比和板厚的变化规律;以及翼缘和腹板残余应力的自平衡性;并提出适合Q690高强钢焊接T形截面的纵向残余应力分布模型。研究结果表明:提出的有限元分析模型适合焊接T形截面纵向残余应力研究;翼缘外伸端以及腹板中部的纵向残余压应力大小随板件宽厚比、板件厚度的增大成下降趋势,翼缘与腹板相交焊缝处和腹板外伸端的纵向残余拉应力大小与板件宽厚比和板件厚度没有多大联系;各板件内的残余应力均满足自平衡。基于数值模拟分析,提出的Q690高强钢焊接T形截面纵向残余应力分布模型,为后续T形截面残余应力的试验研究及压杆的整体稳定性数值分析提供参考。Welding longitudinal residual stress is one of the important factors affecting the overall stability of steel compression members. On ANSYS, the magnitude and distribution of longitudinal residual stress in welded T-section of Q690 high strength steel were numerically simulated and analyzed. By comparing with existing research results, a reasonable finite element analysis model was proposed. By using this model, the variation law of the magnitude and distribution of longitudinal residual stress with width thickness ratio and plate thickness was analyzed;The self-balance of residual stress of flange and web was studied;A longitudinal residual stress distribution model suitable for welded T-section of Q690 high strength steel was proposed. It can be seen from the research results that the proposed finite element analysis model is suitable for the study of longitudinal residual stress of welded T-section. Owing to the increase of the width thickness ratio and thickness of plate, the longitudinal residual compressive stress at the extended end of flange and the middle of web decreases. The longitudinal residual tensile stress at the intersection weld between flange and web and the extended end of web has little relationship with the width-thickness ratio and thickness of plate. The residual stress in each plate meets self balance. According to the analysis based on numerical simulation, the longitudinal residual stress distribution model of welded T-section of Q690 high strength steel can provide reference for subsequent residual stress experimental research and numerical analysis of the overall stability of compression bar.
