摘　　要：随着全球范围内科技革命和产业变革持续演进及国际化大都市城市功能迭代升级,城市转型发展成为永恒命题,并呈现螺旋式上升的动态过程,上海创新驱动发展、经济转型升级将迎来任务更为艰巨的“下半程”。“十四五”时期上海深度转型的主要内涵,是全面推动城市数字化转型、促进经济社会全面绿色转型。With the continuous evolution of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation around the world and the iterative upgrading of the functions of international metropolises,urban transformation and development has become an eternal proposition and a dynamic process of spiral rise.Shanghai’s innovation driven development and economic transformation and upgrading will usher in a more arduous“second half”.The main connotation of Shanghai’s deep transformation during the“Fourteenth Five Year Plan”period is to comprehensively promote the digital transformation of the city and the overall green transformation of the economy and society.
