摘　　要：紧扣国家战略定位,推进上海国际金融中心能级提升。着力打造具有全球影响力的人民币金融资产配置中心和风险管理中心,加快推进金融领域高水平制度型开放,力争在绿色金融、转型金融等新兴领域“弯道超车”,不断优化金融法治环境,吸引更多金融机构和人才集聚,实现到2035年建成与我国社会主义现代化国家相匹配、具有强大全球资源配置功能、跻身全球前3位的国际金融中心的战略目标。We will closely follow the national strategic positioning and promote the upgrading of Shanghai International Financial Center.We should strive to build a RMB financial asset allocation center and risk management center with global influence,accelerate high-level institutional opening in the financial field,strive to“overtake”in emerging areas such as green finance and transitional finance,constantly optimize the financial rule of law environment,attract more financial institutions and talents to gather,and achieve the strategic goal of building an international financial center that matches China’s socialist modernization,has a strong global resource allocation function,and ranks among the top 3 interntional financial centers in the world by 2035.
