摘 要:4~30mm厚的板材通常称作中厚板,被广泛应用于造船、建筑、机械制造及桥梁建造等领域。采用中厚板制作零件往往要进行焊接,目前中厚板通常采用手工焊接,迫切需要研发高效、优质、低耗适用于中厚板的焊接工艺,包括高能束焊接、电子束焊接和激光束焊接等。简述了电子束焊接、激光束焊接等高能束自熔焊的工作原理及其研究现状。自熔焊;高能束;电子束焊接;激光焊接.The plates with thicknesses of 4 to 30 mm are referred generally to as medium and heavy plates, and widely used in shipbuilding, building, machinery manufacturing, bridge construction and other field. Welding is frequently used in the process of making a part from medium and heavy plates. At present, manual welding is applied to medium and heavy plates, and therefore it is a urgently necessary to develop high-efficiency, high-quality, low-consumption welding technologies applicable to medium and heavy plates, in which include high energy beam welding, electron beam welding and laser beam welding. The operating principle of high energy beam self-fusion welding such as electron beam welding and laser beam welding, and the present situation of research on them were described briefly.
