摘 要:与盐浴热处理相比,高速钢工具采用真空淬火回火能避免其表面脱碳且环保,目前已得到普遍应用。高速钢工具真空加热后最好是高压气淬,而不是油淬。简要介绍了高速钢工具的真空淬火和回火工艺,指出麻花钻、返工重淬的刀具、大锯片的镶嵌刀片和拉刀不宜真空淬火。列举了5种高速钢工具的真空热处理实例。As against molten salt heat treatment, hardening and tempering in a vacuum furnace for high speed steel tools may render their surface immune from decarburization and is environmentally-friendly, has been commonly used at present. It is desirable that the high speed steel tools are quenched in a high-pressure gas rather than in oil after being vacuum heated. The hardening and tempering processes of high speed steel tools in vacuum furnace were introduced briefly. It was pointed out that the vacuum hardening is not applicable for twist drill, cutter to be re-hardened, blade to be inserted into bull saw blade, and broach. The examples of vacuum heat treatment for five types of high speed steel tools were cited.
