摘  要:5CrMnMo钢模具淬火和回火后发现开裂.除了检查热处理工艺外,还对开裂模具进行了宏观检验、化学成分分析、硬度检测、断口分析和金相检验.结果表明:模具油淬冷却时间过长,淬火应力较大;模具含碳量偏低,并有明显的带状组织,影响了力学性能.模具的开裂是上述因素的综合作用所致.5CrMnMo steel die was found cracking after hardening and tempering. Apart from checking heat treatingprocesses the macro-check, chemical composition analysis, hardness measurements, fracture testing, andmetallographic examination were performed for the cracked die. The results demonstrated that (a) the die wasquenched for too long time in oil therefore had larger quenching stress;(b) the die had lower carbon content andzonal structure, thereby its mechanical properties were adversely affected. The die cracked by the combined actionof the foregoing factors.
