摘  要:直径为12 mm的Q235A钢Z形轴热镀锌后装配过程中发生脆性断裂。对断裂的Z形轴进行了宏观检验、化学成分分析、硬度测试和金相检验,以揭示其断裂的原因。结果表明:断裂轴的含碳量偏高,因此韧性和畸变抗力较大,热镀锌过程中氢的侵入也增加了轴的脆性。在这两个因素的共同作用下Z形轴断裂。Brittle fracture of 12-mm-diam Z-shaped axle made from Q235A steel occurred during assembling afterhot-dip galvanizing. The fractured Z-shaped axle was subjected to macro check, chemical composition analysis,hardness test, and metallographic examination, to discover the causes for its fracturing .The results showed thatcarbon content of the Z-shaped axle was on the higher side, resulting in its larger both brittleness and deformationresistance, and the invasion of hydrogen during hot-dip galvanizing also rendered brittleness of the axle greater. TheZ-shaped axle fractured by the action of these two factors.
