摘  要:直升机传动系统是一套复杂的旋转机械装置,承担直升机功率传动的功能,对直升机的安全性至关重要。开展传动部件故障诊断研究,可提高直升机安全性,具有重要价值。描述了直升机主减速器行星齿轮的故障诊断研究。首先分析了行星齿轮的主要故障模式,针对行星齿轮的裂纹故障和剥蚀故障,确定了齿轮故障诊断的状态指标;研制了行星齿轮的裂纹故障试验件和剥蚀故障试验件,并在直升机传动系统故障植入试验验台开展了相关验证实验。对采集数据的分析结果表明:利用行星齿轮故障试验件的振动数据计算的状态指标值和健康状态阈值能够明显区分,可以有效诊断行星齿轮的裂纹故障和剥蚀故障。可见采用状态指标对行星齿轮的故障进行诊断是有效的。The transmission system is a complex set of rotating mechanical devices that undertakes the function of helicopter power transmission and is crucial to the safety of the helicopter. The study on transmission component fault diagnosis can improve helicopter safety and is of great value. The fault diagnosis for the planetary gear of the main gearbox was described. Firstly, the fault modes of the planetary gear were analyzed, and condition indicators of the gear fault diagnosis were determined for the crack fault and erosion fault of the planetary gear. The crack fault test pieces and the erosion fault test pieces of the planetary gear were developed, and relevant verification experiments were carried out on the helicopter transmission system fault seeded test bench. Through the analysis of the collected data, the results show that the condition indicators values and the health thresholds calculated by using the vibration data of the planetary gear fault test pieces can be clearly distinguished, and the crack fault and erosion fault of the planetary gear can be effectively diagnosed. It can be seen that using condition indicators to diagnose the faults of planetary gears is effective.
