摘 要:圆筒型FPSO长期处于温湿度变化大、盐雾浓度高等恶劣条件的海洋腐蚀环境中,金属设备设施腐蚀情况严重,影响着圆筒型FPSO长周期高效的运行。通过分析圆筒型FPSO所处海洋作业的腐蚀环境和腐蚀机理,探究建造阶段腐蚀与防护措施与工艺,总结相关防腐蚀工艺特点与经验,为新建圆筒型FPSO腐蚀与防护提供相应的参考意见。Cylindrical FPSO is exposed to the severe corrosive marine environment with temperature and humidity changes and high salt spray concentration. The corrosion of metal equipment and facilities is serious, and affects the efficiency and long-term operation of cylindrical FPSO. By analyzing the corrosive environment and corrosion mechanism of the marine operation where the cylindrical FPSO is located, the corrosion and protection measures and processes in the construction stage are investigated, and the relevant anticorrosion process characteristics and experience are summarized so as to provide corresponding referential opinions for the corrosion and protection of new cylindrical FPSO.
