摘 要:漆面焊缝痕问题影响客车涂装漆面质量,并增加返修返工工作量。为改善漆面焊缝痕问题,本文分别对腻子施工现场气温情况、焊缝处腻子不同气温施工烘烤收缩试验对比、搭接焊缝满焊不同气温漆面焊缝痕试验对比、低温焊缝间断焊与满焊漆面焊缝痕试验对比、典型焊缝痕部位焊缝焊接质量进行原因分析排查,得出气温低及焊缝焊接质量是产生漆面焊缝痕的主要原因。通过优化侧仓框焊缝、优化两侧大面蒙皮对接焊缝及其他焊缝工艺、涂装施工现场保温、规范低温腻子刮涂施工及原子灰找补弥补处理等措施,漆面焊缝痕问题取得一定改善效果。The weld marks on the coated surface of bus might affect the coating quality and thus increase the repairing and reworking workload. In order to improve the problem of weld marks, this paper analyzes the reasons for the low temperature condition of putty construction site,the baking shrinkage test comparison of putty at different temperatures, the comparison of weld marks on surface of full welds and lap welds at low temperatures and the welding quality of typical weld marks. It is revealed that low temperature and welding quality are the main reasons for the weld marks on the coated surface. Some countermeasures are carried out, such as optimization and cancellation of the side bin frame welds, optimization of the butt welds and other welding processes of the large skin on both sides, thermal insulation on the coating construction site, standardization of the low-temperature putty construction and repairing treatment, the problems of weld marks are modified.
