摘  要:本文介绍边缘耐腐蚀阴极电泳涂料用抗流变助剂的合成方法,研究抗流变助剂的合成工艺,并讨论影响抗流变助剂合成的主要因素。将制备的抗流变助剂添加到环氧阴极电泳涂料中,制备了新型边缘耐腐蚀阴极电泳涂料,其涂膜边缘耐腐蚀性能优异,且整体耐盐雾性能优异。The synthetic method of anti-rheological aids for edge corrosion resistant cathodic electrophoretic coatings were introduced. The synthetic process of anti-rheological aids were also studied. The main affecting factors on the synthesis of anti-rheological aids were discussed. The newly prepared anti-rheological additive were added to the epoxy cathodic electrophoretic coating to prepare a new edge corrosion-resistant cathodic electrophoretic coating. The edge corrosion resistance and the overall salt spray resistance of the prepared coating film were excellent.
