摘  要:人工光植物工厂是现代高效农业的一种新的表现形式,植物工厂可人工取代不稳定的农业环境,采用立体栽培模式可充分利用有限空间,精确调控水、光、温、气、肥,提高作物种植效率和作物品质。生菜是国内外植物工厂种植面积较大的一种优质蔬菜。本文利用人工光植物工厂,通过一体式环境水肥智能调控技术、蔬菜工厂环境因子和营养液实时监测与动态精准调控技术,开展生菜周年化生产工作。从生产实际出发,对生菜的品种选择、育苗管理、移栽定植、营养液配置与循环、植物工厂智能化管理和操控等方面对水培生菜的高效栽培生产技术进行总结,以期为植物工厂内水培生菜高品质周年化生产和深液流高效栽培应用提供参考。Artificial light plant factory is a new form of advanced agriculture, plant factory can replace the unstable agricultural environment manually, three-dimensional cultivation mode can make full use of limited space, improve crop planting efficiency and crop quality. In this paper, the efficient cultivation techniques of hydroponic lettuce were summarized from seedling management, transplanting and transplanting, allocation and circulation of nutrient solution, intelligent management and control of plant factory, etc. This system through the one-piece environment intelligent control technology, vegetable plant water environmental factors and nutrient solution for real-time monitoring and dynamic precision control technology, selected appropriate artificial light factory plants grow four varieties of lettuce and supporting technology, to achieve the high quality of hydroponic lettuce plants plant production, hydroponic lettuce flow efficient cultivation in the middle of the night for the plant factory provide reference and reference.
