摘  要:继电保护装置作为保障电网安全的第一道防线,其可靠运行对电力系统的安全稳定有着重要意义,其误动、拒动也是触发或加速系统扰动并导致电网大面积崩溃的重要因素。电力系统中多数继电保护不正确动作都是由于二次回路异常导致的,继电保护二次回路之繁琐,不但有开关控制和信号系统回路,还有测量回路等内容。研究继电保护系统的可靠性,二次回路可靠性是其中一项重要内容。随着智能技术的发展,继电保护装置及系统的智能运维也成了主要研究趋势,因此在线对运行的二次回路情况可靠性分析亟待解决。本文探索了一种基于GO法的系统可靠性分析方法,涉及继电保护装置二次回路及其断路器控制回路,可以使用于继电保护合闸回路、控制回路等二次回路可靠性研究。As the first line of defense to ensure the security of the power grid, the reliable operation of relay protection devices is of great significance to the security and stability of the power system, and its misoperation and non-operation are also important factors that trigger or accelerate the system disturbance and lead to the collapse of the power grid in a large area. Most of the incorrect operation of relay protection in power system is caused by the abnormal secondary circuit. The secondary circuit of relay protection is complicated, not only switch control and signal system circuit, but also measurement circuit and so on.To study the reliability of relay protection system, the reliability of secondary circuit is one of the important contents. With the development of intelligent technology,the intelligent operation and maintenance of relay protection devices and systems has also become the main research trend, so the reliability analysis of the running secondary circuit needs to be solved urgently. This paper explores a system reliability analysis method based on GO method, which relates to the secondary circuit of relay protection device and its circuit breaker control loop,which can be used to study the reliability of secondary circuit such as relay protection closing circuit and control loop.
