摘  要:提出了一种适用于反向降压(InvBuck)型负压直流-直流(DC-DC)变换器的功率管驱动电路。该驱动电路将输入的脉宽调制(PWM)信号生成两路非重叠的正压驱动信号,然后利用负压DC-DC变换器中飞电容的电压反转产生负压驱动信号。该驱动电路中所有MOS管以及功率管的漏源电压(V_(DS))均不超过输入电源电压(≤V_(IN)),因而可用标准CMOS工艺实现。采用SMIC 0.18μm标准CMOS工艺完成了电路设计和仿真验证。结果表明,在900 kHz开关频率和5 V电源电压下,当PWM信号占空比在20%~90%范围变化时,本电路联合驱动功率管产生-0.99~-4.47 V的输出电压,仿真结果与理论计算值误差不超过0.7%,在输出最大电流100 mA时转换效率均大于91%。A novel power transistor driving circuit was proposed for inverting-buck(InvBuck)negative-voltage DC-DC converters.The proposed circuit converted the input pulse-width modulated(PWM)signal into a pair of no-overlap positive-voltage signals and used them to generate a negative-voltage driving signal through the voltage reversion on the flying capacitor in the negative voltage DC-DC converter.Including the power transistors,all transistors only needed to tolerate a drain-source voltage(V_(DS))no higher than the power supply voltage(≤V_(IN)),which hence could be implemented by a standard CMOS process.The circuit was designed and verified by SMIC 0.18μm standard CMOS process.Results show,at switching frequency of 900 kHz and input supply voltage of 5 V,the proposed circuit can drive the power transistors to generate an accurate output voltage from-0.99 V to-4.47 V when the duty cycle of the PWM signal correspondingly changes from 20%to 90%.The discrepancy between the simulation results and theoretical calculation is no more than 0.7%.And the conversion efficiency is more than 91%when the circuit outputs a maximum current of 100 mA.
