摘　　要：2020年10月,贵州省安顺市某猪场7日龄仔猪由于腹泻导致大量死亡。为了查明死因,本试验对腹泻病死仔猪肠内容物分别进行了猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)、猪轮状病毒(PoRV)、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)和猪丁型冠状病毒(PDCoV)的反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测。结果显示,TGEV、PEDV、PDCoV均为阴性,仅PoRV为阳性。参考GenBank中PoRV基因组序列,设计合成1对扩增VP7基因的通用引物并进行该基因片段的扩增和测序。结果显示,该PoRV VP7基因与PoRV G5血清型VP7基因属于同一分支。结果表明,导致该猪场7日龄仔猪死亡的病原体为PoRV G5血清型。In October 2020,a large number of 7-day-old piglets died from diarrhea in a pig farm in Anshun City,Guizhou Province.In order to find out the cause of death,this study tested the intestinal contents of dead piglets for porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV),porcine rotavirus(PoRV),porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV)and porcine delta coronavirus(PDCoV)by RT-PCR.The results showed that TGEV,PEDV,PDCoV were all negative,while only PoRV was positive.Based on the PoRV genome sequence in GenBank,a pair of universal primer was designed and synthesized to amplify the VP7 gene,and the gene fragment was cloned and sequenced.The VP7 gene sequencing results showed that the PoRV strain in the same branch with the G5 serotype.Thus,the pathogen causing the death of 7-day-old piglets in this farm was PoRV G5 serotype.
