摘 要:建筑运行阶段碳减排潜力巨大,调适是业界公认的降低建筑运行能耗低成本的技术手段。如何设定调适目标,对于调适效果预测及其商业价值判定至关重要,而现行节能标准以及设计阶段能耗模拟对建筑运行指导作用尚未凸显。针对建筑能耗模拟与实测数据之间差距分析不足的情况,以寒冷地区某办公建筑为例分析二者间的关联性,提出了用于指导建筑调适的动态能耗基准线。研究方法包括:对设计模型进行校准、处理实测数据的异常值、持续在线监测与调适、调适后验证与评估。通过实际项目对上述方法进行验证,发现空调系统受天气情况、入住率以及实际运行时间等不确定因素影响,校准结果与标准值存在较大偏差,需要辅助监测设备予以校正。校正后的校准结果基本符合ASHRAE14的要求,对于建筑调适具备一定的指导意义。There is great potential for carbon emission reduction in the construction operation stage.Commissioning is a recognized low-cost technical means to reduce building operation energy consumption in the industry.How to set the commissioning target is very important for the prediction of commissioning effect and the determination of its commercial value.However,the guiding role of the current energy-saving standards and energy consumption simulation in the design stage on building operation has not been highlighted.In view of the lack of gap analysis between building energy consumption simulation and measured data,this paper takes an office building in cold area as an example to analyze the correlation between them,and puts forward a dynamic energy consumption baseline to guide building commissioning.The research methods include:calibration of the design model,processing the abnormal values of the measured data,continuous on-line monitoring and commissioning,verification and evaluation after commissioning.Through the verification of the above methods in the actual project,it is found that the air conditioning system is affected by uncertain factors such as weather conditions,occupancy rate and actual operation time.Meanwhile,there is a large deviation between the calibration result and the standard value,which needs to be corrected by auxiliary monitoring equipment.The calibrated results basically meet the requirements of ASHRAE14,and have a certain guiding significance for building adjustment.
