摘 要:在碳中和的大背景下,对能源结构转型与生态环境保护要求,需要电力、交通、建筑、制冷等工业行业和所有人民的共同努力。在制冷行业中,新型低全球变暖潜值(GWP)环保制冷剂的替代工作能够减少温室气体排放量,降低温室效应的影响,对于碳中和目标的进一步实现具有重大的推进作用。目前空调系统中主要采用的制冷剂,因具有高GWP都将被控制使用,因此替代制冷剂是目前制冷行业很关心的问题。但目前还无法找到零ODP、低GWP值、安全与高性能兼顾属性的制冷剂。因此综合考虑制冷剂各方面因素是必要的。总结了近年来替代制冷剂的研究进展,主要针对制冷剂的热物理性质、制冷剂与冷冻油的互溶性进行了综述,对制冷其他参数的性质(临界性质、PVTx、相平衡及饱和蒸气压以及粘度和导热系数)进行简单概述,总结了替代制冷剂目前面临的主要问题及未来的研究趋势。In the context of carbon neutrality,the transformation of the energy structure and the requirements for ecological and environmental protection require the joint efforts of power,transportation,construction,refrigeration and other industries and all people.In the refrigeration industry,the replacement of new low Global Warming Potential(GWP)environmentally friendly refrigerants can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and reduce the impact of the greenhouse effect,which has a significant role in promoting the further realization of the carbon neutral goal.At present,the refrigerants mainly used in air-conditioning systems will be controlled for use due to their high GWP.Therefore,the replacement of refrigerants is a concern of the current refrigeration industry.However,it is not possible to find a refrigerant with zero ODP,low GWP value,safety and high performance at the same time.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively consider all aspects of refrigerant.The research progress of alternative refrigerants in recent years is summarized,mainly focusing on the thermophysical properties of refrigerants,the mutual solubility of refrigerant and refrigerating oil,and the properties of other refrigeration parameters(including critical properties,PVTx,phase equilibrium,and saturated vapor).(Pressure,viscosity,and thermal conductivity)are briefly summarized,and the main problems currently faced by alternative refrigerants and future research trends are summarized.
