摘 要:为适应低碳社会的发展,城市建设过程中将会涉及到诸多既有建筑的绿色改造,以此提升建筑的品质。在建筑绿色改造过程中,建筑中庭所涉及到的建筑节能、采光、通风等绿色建筑技术众多,绿色改造潜力较大。针对既有建筑中庭的绿色改造需充分考虑改造前后的效益对比。结合山东建筑大学和平校区六号教学楼的改造设计,对教学楼中庭的功能置换、景观绿色优化、中庭物理环境优化展开研究,结合计算机软件对中庭改造前后的建筑物理数据,分析并探讨了既有建筑中庭的绿色改造前后的难点,并提出了相应的解决策略,总结了既有建筑中庭绿色改造策略,对绿色建筑改造有指导意义。In order to adapt to the development of low-carbon society,the process of urban construction will involve the green retrofitting of many existing buildings,so as to improve the quality of buildings.In the process of building green transformation,the building atrium involves many green building technologies such as building energy saving,lighting and ventilation,and has a large potential for green transformation.The green retrofitting of the atrium of existing buildings needs to fully consider the comparison of the benefits before and after the retrofitting.The retrofitting design of No.6 teaching building in Heping Campus of Shandong University of Architecture is analyzed,and the functional replacement,landscape green optimization and physical environment optimization of the atrium of the teaching building are studied,the difficulties before and after the green retrofitting of the atrium of existing buildings are analyzed and discussed by combining the building physical data of the atrium before and after the retrofitting with computer software,and proposes corresponding solution strategies,summarizing the green retrofitting strategy of the atrium of existing buildings.It has guiding significance for green building retrofitting.
