公共服务与体育民生——基于成渝地区双城经济圈民生指数调查的实证

摘　　要：体育作为一项重要的社会实践活动和民生议题,是我国民生事业的重要组成部分,而民生发展从本质上讲就是为人的全面发展提供公共服务。基于此,本文采用线性回归模型与倾向得分匹配法,依据2021年成渝地区双城经济圈民生满意度指数调查数据,从公共服务满意度视角出发,对成渝双城经济圈建设下的民生改善与居民体育民生的关系进行理论分析和实证检验。结果发现,医疗卫生、教育、养老保障、生态环境、交通出行五类公共服务满意度正向影响居民体育民生满意度,且比收入满意度、经济发展对居民体育民生福祉影响更大。因此,成渝双城经济圈在建设过程中既注重经济发展,又重视改善民生,其公共服务改善成果显著增进了居民的体育民生福祉,并在此基础上提出政策建议。Sports play a significant role in China’s social practice and livelihood issue, and a key component of livelihood development is the provision of public services for people’s overall development. Using the data from the 2021 ChengduChongqing economic circle livelihood satisfaction index, this paper uses a linear regression model with propensity score matching method to theoretically analyze and empirically test the relationship between the improvement of people’s liveli.hood and residents’ sports livelihood under the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle. Accord.ing to the findings, five areas of public service satisfaction—health care, education, pension security, ecological environ.ment, and transportation—have a positive impact on residents’ satisfaction with their ability to pursue their favorite pas.times. These areas also have an outsized influence on residents’ sports livelihood wellbeing compared to income satisfac.tion and economic development. The Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle thus prioritizes economic growth along with improving people’s quality of life during construction, and the outcomes of its public service improvement sig.nificantly improve residents’ sporting livelihood well-being, upon which policy recommendations are based.
