摘　　要：在新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)疫情预防控制过程中,中医药应急救治能力逐渐显示出其独特优势,得到广大医务人员及患者的认可。通过分析中医药在突发公共卫生事件应急体系中的作用及阻碍其发挥优势的因素,探索中医药预防控制突发公共卫生事件的基本框架,分析综合医院中现代中医疫病防治基地建设的难点,为相关部门提供建议,助力中医药在突发公共卫生事件应急体系中的建设与发展。TCM emergency treatment capacity has gradually shown its unique advantages, and has been recognized by the majority of medical staff and patients in the process of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control. The role of TCM in the emergency system of public health emergencies and the factors that hinder its advantages are analyzed, the basic framework of prevention and control of public health emergencies is explored, and the difficult points in the construction of modern TCM epidemic prevention and control base in general hospitals are analyzed, to provide suggestions for related departments, and promote the construction and development of TCM in the emergency system of public health emergencies.
