摘　　要：目的 了解重点人群对国家基本公共卫生服务项目的知晓度和满意度,为进一步完善健康教育模式提供参考。方法 采取分层随机抽样方法,选取云南省四类重点人群对国家基本公共卫生服务项目内容知晓情况进行现场问卷调查,采用描述性分析、χ^(2)拟合优度检验、Kruskal-Wallis非参数检验和Wilcoxon检验对调查数据进行分析。结果 2020年云南省重点人群对国家基本公共卫生服务项目的总体知晓度得分为(6.59±2.39)分,较2019年的(5.85±1.97)分有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2020年总体满意度得分为(9.78±1.02)分,与2019年的得分相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同市(州)重点人群的知晓度和满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。重点人群对12项基本公共卫生服务知晓情况、获得健康知识途径的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 云南省重点人群对国家基本公共卫生服务项目的总体满意度较高,但总体知晓度较低,且不同地区、不同类型人群的知晓度和满意度差别较大,健康教育工作还有待加强。ObjectiveTo know the awareness degree and satisfaction of the key groups on national basic public health service projects, in order to provice reference for the further improvement of the health education model.MethodA stratified random sampling method was adopted to conduct an on-site questionnaire survey on the contents of the national basic public health service projects among the four key groups of residents of the province. Descriptive analysis,χ^(2)tests, Kruskal-Wallis non-parametric tests and Wilcoxon tests were used to analyze the data.ResultsIn 2020, the overall awareness score of national basic public health in Yunnan Province was(6.59 ± 2.39), which was increased compared with(5.85±1.97) in 2019. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The overall satisfaction score was(9.78±1.02) in 2020, which was similar to 2019, with no statistically significant differnce(P>0.05). The difference in awareness degree and satisfaction among key groups in different cities was statistically significant(P<0.01). The difference in awareness of 12 basic public health services and health knowledge access was significant(P<0.01).ConclusionThe overall satisfaction of the residents of the national basic public health service project in Yunnan Province is high, but the overall awareness degree of the residents is low. The awareness degree and satisfaction among different regions and different categories are different, so the publicity work of health education needs to be improved.
