杭州市某区托幼儿童家长对EV71疫苗知识知晓情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 了解杭州市某区托幼儿童家长对肠道病毒71型(EV71)疫苗知识的知晓情况及相关影响因素。方法2020年4—6月,随机选取杭州市某区4家托幼机构1 209名儿童家长进行问卷调查。结果 此次调查问卷合格率为99.34%,EV71疫苗接种总平均知晓度为47.06%。单因素分析结果显示,性别、年龄、户籍、职业、文化程度及家庭人均月收入对托幼儿童家长的EV71疫苗知识知晓度有显著影响(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,女性、城市户籍、事业单位人员、文化程度高和家庭收入高是托幼儿童家长对EV71疫苗知识知晓情况的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 杭州市某区托幼儿童家长对EV71疫苗知识的知晓度比较低、知晓面较窄。社区应加强对男性、农村户籍人口及流动人口、非事业单位、文化程度低及低收入的儿童家长进行EV71疫苗知识宣教。ObjectiveTo investigate the knowledge and related factors of EV71 vaccine knowledge among parents of kindergarten children in a district of Hangzhou CITY.MethodsFrom April to June 2020, a random questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 209 children’s parents in 4 kindergarten institutions in a district of Hangzhou CITY.Results The pass rate of the questionnaire was 99.34%. The overall average awareness was 47.06 %. The results of univariate analysis showed that gender, age, household registration, occupation, education level and per capita monthly income of the family had significant effects on the awareness of EV71 vaccine knowledge among parents of kindergarten children(P<0.05). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that female, urban household registration, public institution, high education level and high family income were the influencing factors of EV71 vaccine knowledge awareness among parents of nursery children(P<0.05).ConclusionParents of kindergarten children in a district of Hangzhou have relatively low awareness and narrow awareness of EV71 vaccine knowledge. The community should strengthen the education of EV71 vaccine knowledge to males, rural household registration and floating population,non-institutional personnel, and low-educated and low-income parents.
