摘　　要：目的 分析2010—2018年宁波市医疗机构进行HIV抗体检测的情况及HIV/AIDS病例的特点,为制定医疗机构HIV抗体检测策略提供依据。方法 下载中国疾病预防控制信息系统门户网站的艾滋病综合防治信息系统中检测份数表和疫情数据,采用描述性流行病学方法对数据进行统计分析。结果 2010—2018年,宁波市医疗机构开展HIV抗体检测人次数从271 549人次增加到1 173 054人次,增加了331.98%;医疗机构通过检测发现的HIV/AIDS病例数从84例上升到540例,增加了542.86%;HIV/AIDS粗检出率从3.09/万增加到4.60/万,呈逐年增长趋势(χ^(2)=85.54,P<0.05)。结论 医疗机构新发现的HIV/AIDS病例逐年增多。建议医疗机构将HIV抗体筛查列为皮肤病性病门诊、妇科、泌尿科、肾内科、男科等重点科室的常规检测项目。ObjectiveTo analyze the situation of HIV antibody test and the characteristics of HIV/AIDS cases in medical institutions in Ningbo City from 2010 to 2018, to provide scientific reference for the formulation of HIV antibody test measures in medical institutions.MethodsData were collected from the AIDS control section in the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System. Descriptive epidemiological methods were used for statistical analysis.ResultsFrom 2010 to 2018, the number of HIV antibody tests in medical institutions in Ningbo City increased by331.98%, from 271 549 to 1 173 054. The number of diagnosed HIV/AIDS cases increased by 542.86%, from 84 cases in 2010 to 540 cases in 2018. HIV/AIDS coarse positive rate increased year by year(χ^(2)=85.54,P<0.05), from 3.09 per ten thousand to 4.60 per ten thousand.ConclusionThe number of new detected cases of HIV/AIDS has increased year by year. Therefore, HIV antibody test should be classified into in rortine test projects in Dermatology Clinic, Gynecology Department, Urology Department, and Andrology Department, etc.
