摘　　要：目的 分析2015—2019年青岛市心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、糖尿病和慢性呼吸系统疾病四类主要慢性病死亡特征及早死概率变化趋势,为制定慢性病防控策略提供数据支撑。方法 收集2015—2019年青岛市户籍居民死因监测数据,主要指标包括粗死亡率、标化死亡率、构成比、早死概率、年度变化百分比(Annual Percentage Change,APC),采用SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 2015—2019年,青岛市主要慢性病标化死亡率从388.89/10万下降到358.59/10万,APC为-1.59%。主要慢性病早死概率从13.96%下降到12.69%, APC为-1.98%。恶性肿瘤、糖尿病和慢性呼吸系统疾病早死概率平均每年分别以1.98%、5.73%和8.15%的速度下降。结论2015—2019年青岛市主要慢性病标化死亡率、早死概率虽呈下降趋势,但与经济发达地区相比仍然处于较高水平,需进一步加强主要慢性病的防控工作。ObjectiveTo analyze the trend of death and probability of premature mortality caused by major chronic diseases, including cardio-cerebrovascular disease, malignant tumors, diabetes and chronic respiratory diseases in Qingdao City from 2015 to 2019, and to provide data for preventing and controlling chronic diseases.MethodsThe death data of Qingdao residents from 2015 to 2019 were collected. SPSS 25.0 was used to calculate the crude mortality,standardized mortality, constituent ratio, premature mortality and Annual Percentage Change(APC) of malignant tumors.ResultsFrom 2015 to 2019, the standardized mortality decreased from 388.89/105to 358.59/105, and APC was-1.59%.The premature mortality decreased from 13.96% to 12.69%, and APC was-1.98%. The premature mortality of malignant tumors, diabetes and chronic respiratory diseases declined by 1.98%, 5.73% and 8.15% annually.ConclusionThe standardized mortality of major chronic diseases in Qingdao City has shown downward trend, and the premature mortality has decreased, but it is still at a high level compared with developed areas. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of major chronic diseases.
