2009—2019年晋城市新型甲型H1N1流感病原学监测分析

摘　　要：目的 分析2009—2019年山西省晋城市新型甲型H1N1流感病原学特点,为今后科学防控流感提供依据。方法 利用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测流感病毒核酸,将检测数据录入“中国流感监测信息系统”中,并收集流感样病例(influenza-like illness,ILI)数据进行分析。结果 共收集5 180份ILI标本,其中新型甲型H1N1流感阳性351份,阳性率为6.78%;不同年度流感阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=469.099,P<0.05),2009—2010年流感阳性率最高。2009—2019年新型甲型H1N1、季节性甲型H3N2和乙型流感阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.337,P=0.311)。结论 新型甲型H1N1流感呈现出季节性流行的特点。除2009年外,晋城市新型甲型H1N1流感流行期一般在冬季,流行高峰出现在1月份左右。为了更好地防控新型甲型H1N1流感,相关部门应加强监测,大力提倡预防接种。ObjectiveTo analyze the etiological characteristics of influenza A H1N1 in Jincheng City from 2009 to 2019,in order to provide evidence for future scientific control and prevention of influenza.MethodsInfluenza virus RNA was analyzed through using real-time quantitative PCR. Data were input into China’s Influenza Monitoring Information System. And(influenza-like illness) ILI data were analyzed.Results351 samples were positive in influenza A H1N1in 5 180 ILI specimens, and the positive rate was 6.78%. The difference was statistically significant among different years(χ^(2)=469.099, P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rate of influenza A H1N1,seasonal influenza A H3N2 and influenza B from 2009 to 2019 (χ^(2)=2.337, P=0.311).ConclusionInfluenza A H1N1 shows seasonal characteristics. The epidemic of influenza A H1N1 occurs in winter except for 2009. Approximately,influenza A H1N1 reaches the peak in January each year in Jincheng City. It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance so as to further prevent and control influenza. Meanwhile, vaccination is strongly encouraged.
