摘  要:微米气泡在工业中应用广泛,采用文丘里管空化产生微米气泡具有结构简单、能耗低等优点。为探究文丘里管空化过程微米气泡的生成规律,文中以水为介质、高速摄像为测量手段,探讨了空化数对于微米气泡尺寸分布的影响。试验发现:空化程度最剧烈时气泡直径分布最广,在20~230μm,并服从多元高斯分布;随着空化数的增加,空化程度有所降低,气泡Sauter平均直径增加而气泡数量降低。此研究为空化生成微米气泡的方法提供了重要的数据支撑。Micron bubbles are used in various fields of industry.Using Venturi tube to generate micron bubbles has the advantages of simple structure and low energy consumption.In order to explore the formation law of micron bubbles in the process of cavitation,the influence of cavitation number on the size distribution of micron bubbles was discussed by using water as medium and high-speed video as measurement means.It was found that the bubble size distribution was the widest when the cavitation degree was the most intense,ranging from 20 to 230μm,and the result obeys multivariate Gaussian distribution;with the increase of cavitation number,the cavitation degree decreases,the Sauter average diameter of bubbles increases and the number of bubbles decreases.This study provides important data support for the method of cavitation to generate micron bubbles.
