摘 要:目前,炼铁工业对入炉焦炭质量的要求越来越高,明晰高炉内焦炭的劣化机制及合理控制焦炭质量对高炉稳定顺行至关重要。高温是焦炭进入高炉后首先面临的物理环境,对焦炭自身结构和性能均有明显影响。文中研究了温度对焦炭块度及性能的影响,通过对焦炭失重率等指标进行宏观分析,且使用工业计算机断层扫描(CT)观察焦炭裂纹、气孔等微观结构。结果表明,温度为1100℃时,焦炭内部结构基本无明显变化;随着温度升高至1300℃,焦炭内部裂纹长度略增加;当热处理温度为1500℃时,焦炭裂纹进一步扩展,孔径增大,部分微孔相互连通而形成微裂纹。At present,the iron-making industry has increasingly higher requirements for the quality of coke.It is very important to clarify the deterioration mechanism of the coke in the blast furnace and to reasonably control the quality of the coke to ensure the stability of the blast furnace.High temperature is the first physical environment that coke faces after entering the blast furnace,which has an obvious influence on the structure and properties of coke.In this paper,the influence of temperature on coke lumpiness and properties was studied through the macroscopic analysis of indicators such as coke weight loss rate,and observation of the microstructure of coke cracks and pores by industrial computed tomography(CT).The results show that no obvious change in the inner structure of the coke is detected at 1100℃.With the temperature rising to 1300℃,the internal crack length of coke increases slightly.When the annealing temperature is 1500℃,the coke crack is further extended,the pore size increases,and some micro-pores are connected to form microcracks.Regarding the further reaction mechanism of coke with gas and liquid phases in the blast furnace under high temperature conditions,more in-depth experimental and theoretical studies are needed.
