摘  要:随着电机高效化的逐步推进,大力开发高牌号冷轧无取向电工钢已成为未来发展的趋势。主要通过设计35W250高牌号电工钢化学成分,对其常化酸洗、单机架冷轧、连续退火等工艺进行研究,寻找较优的生产工艺。利用爱泼斯坦方圈检测35W250牌号电工钢产品电磁性能。结果表明,批量生产35W250高牌号冷轧无取向电工钢具有较低的铁损和较高的磁感,且产品性能稳定。With the gradual advancement of high-efficiency motors,vigorously developing high-grade cold-rolled nonoriented electrical steel has become a future development trend.In this paper,the chemical composition of 35W250 high-grade electrical steel is designed,and the processes of normalization pickling,single-stand cold rolling,continuous annealing and other processes are studied to achieve the optimal production process.The electromagnetic properties of 35W250 electrical steel were tested by an Epstein square ring.The results show that using the researched and developed composition and production process for mass production,35W250 high-grade cold-rolled nonoriented electrical steel enjoys lower iron loss and higher magnetic induction,and the product performance is relatively stable.
