摘 要:为进一步提高烧结矿的均质化,新余钢铁股份有限公司(简称新钢,下同)炼铁厂将生熔剂的配入由烧结工序改为混匀工序。为使混匀矿成分稳定,一方面,将生熔剂在熔剂料场进行预先混匀,使用采样多圆盘进料、移动式往复堆料、“人”字形刮板取料均质化技术,可明显降低混匀配料圆盘石灰石粉和白云石粉中CaO、MgO、SiO_(2)标准偏差σ(CaO)、σ(MgO)、σ(SiO_(2))。以东区为例,石灰石的σ(CaO)、σ(MgO)、σ(SiO_(2))分别由1.56、1.26、1.17下降到1.23、0.79、0.58,白云石的σ(CaO)、σ(MgO)、σ(SiO_(2))分别由1.27、1.16、0.48下降到1.08、1.07、0.32。另一方面,将生熔剂在混匀料堆中混匀,包括混匀造堆区块控制技术、混匀配料单元控制技术,东区、西区混匀矿σ(SiO_(2))分别由1—5月份的0.35、0.38下降到6—10月份的0.32、0.33,烧结矿碱度稳定率(±0.12)由1—5月份的85.81%提高到6—9月份的88.70%。To improve the homogenization of sinter,the iron-making plant of Xinyu Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.adds the noncalcined flux to the mixing process instead of the sintering process.To ensure the stability of the mixed ore composition,on the one hand,the raw flux is premixed in the flux yard,including sampling multi disc feeding,mobile reciprocating stacking and herringbone scraper reclaiming homogenization technology,which significantly reducesσ(CaO),σ(MgO)andσ(SiO_(2))of limestone powder and dolomite powder in the mixing and batching disc,for example,σ(CaO),σ(MgO)andσ(SiO_(2))of limestone decreased from 1.56,1.26 and 1.17 to1.23,0.79 and 0.58,and σ(CaO),σ(MgO)andσ(SiO_(2))of dolomite decreased from 1.27,1.16 and 0.48 to 1.08,1.07 and 0.32 respectively;on the other hand,the noncalcined fluxes have been neutralized and mixed in the mixing pile,including mixing block control technology,mixing batching unit control technology,the fixed proportion of nonalcined flux,the mixture of noncalcined flux and iron material,and the mixing of ore in both east and west areas σSiO_(2)respectively decreased from 0.35,0.38 to 0.32,0.33,and the final sinter alkalinity stability rate(±0.12)increased from 85.81% to 88.70%.
