摘 要:通过在鼓风炉炼锌(ISP)烧结工艺中引入富氧烧结技术处理含铜铅锌精矿,以提高烧结系统对原料的适应性、缩短浮选过程处理含铜铅锌伴生矿的工艺流程,实现含铜铅、锌精矿的一次性综合回收、降低冶炼过程中铜回收成本,提升企业经济效益、同时扩大了ISP铅锌冶炼企业原料采购范围。富氧烧结技术主要是提高烧结过程中的温度和反应速率,强化烧结工艺处理含铜铅锌精矿的效果,精准控制烧结块物理化学性能,烧结块中各主要元素含量为:w(Cu)=1.0%~1.5%,w(Pb)=16.0%~22.0%,w(S)≤1.0%。当烧结块w(CaO)/w(SiO2)由1.2%~1.8%提高到1.4%~1.9%,w(Fe)>9.5%时,渣的流动性提高,同时有利于渣铅铜的分离,减少渣含铜,提高铜的回收效率。By adding oxygen enrichment in the ISP sintering process,the adaptability of the sintering system to the raw materials is improved,and the copper-containing lead-zinc concentrate is treated,eliminating the process flow of the flotation process to treat the copper-containing lead-zinc associated ores.The one-time comprehensive recovery of copper-containing lead and zinc concentrates is realized,the cost of copper recovery in the smelting process is reduced,and the economic benefits of smelting enterprises are increased.At the same time,the scope of raw material procurement for ISP lead-and-zinc smelting enterprises was expanded.The oxygen-enriched sintering technology is employed mainly to increase the temperature and reaction speed of the sintering process,strengthen the effect of the sintering process on the treatment of copper-containing lead-zinc concentrates,and precisely control the physical and chemical properties of the sintered agglomerates,Copper content of sintered block:1.0%~1.5%,lead content:16%~22%,S content:≤1.0%,block w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2))increased from 1.2%~1.8%to 1.4%~1.9%,Fe content:>9.5%,improving the fluidity of the slag,this is beneficial to the separation of lead and copper in the slag,reducing the copper content in the slag,and improving the recovery efficiency of copper.
