摘　　要：主要介绍了方大特钢科技股份有限公司(简称方大特钢,下同)烟气除尘湿法处理工艺,解析了从污泥浆到污泥、泥饼的应用过程,进一步探究离心脱水(过滤)机、带式压滤机、厢式或板框式压滤机、叠螺式压滤机4种压滤机的工作原理,并对4种压滤机由厢式、板框式发展到第四代高压隔膜压滤机的压滤效果进行比较,最终选用型号为XMAZGFQN350/1600-U的高压隔膜压滤机。采取二用一备方式,通过控制储泥罐罐位高度、压榨压力和时间,使泥饼含水率低于20%,成功完成从污泥到泥饼的转变,实现了泥饼的清洁运输,并满足了客户需求,也为烧结工序自用提供了技术条件。This paper mainly introduces the water treatment of flue gas dust removal techniques,explains the process of transforming sludge into mud cakes,and analyzes the application principles of four filter presses,including a centrifugal dehydrator,belt filter press,plate filter press and laminated screw filter press.It also discusses the filter effect when the four types of press filters developed into the fourth generation,high-pressure diaphragm press filter,and then further analyzes the reasons for why choosing the high-pressure diaphragm press filter to lower the moisture content of mud cakes.Choosing the high-pressure diaphragm press filter with the product number XMAZGFQN350/1600-U and using the mode of‘two in use and one in spare’,we generally conclude the operation method of controlling the pressure and time according to the content level of the mud storage tank,and achieve the goal of lowering the moisture content of mud cakes to less than twenty percent.At the same time,this application successfully transforms the sludge into mud cakes and solves the problem of outward transport including the clean transport of mud cakes,as well as satisfying the clients’requirements.It also provides conditions for the self-use of sintering circuits.
