摘  要:以电炉灰和转炉干法(Lurgi and Thyssen Method,LT)灰为研究对象,研究了单一电炉灰和LT灰及冶金尘泥混合物料在压团工艺不同参数、游离钙不同消解率条件下对团块性能的影响。结果表明,电炉灰和LT灰的消解程度对团块性能影响显著,两者的消解率均超过75%时,对压团的影响较小;推荐适宜的压团工艺参数为:黏结剂用量为4%、压团含水率为13%~14%,成型压力为20 MPa;适当降低电炉灰配比及提高电炉灰消解程度能改善压团强度、降低黏结剂用量。L urgi and Thyssen Method(LT)ash were used as research objects,the pellet strength test of single EAF ash,converter LT ash and a metallurgical dust-sludge mixture under different briquetting process parameters and different free calcium oxide digestion rates was studied.The results show that the digestion degree of EAF ash and LT ash has shed a significant light on the properties of the pellets.When the digestion rate of both reaches more than 75%,the adverse effect on the briquetting is small;the suitable briquetting process parameter is the binder.When the dosage is 4%,the moisture content of the briquettes is13%~14%,and the molding pressure is 20 MPa;appropriately reducing the proportion of EAF ash and increasing the digestion degree of EAF ash can improve the strength of the briquettes and reduce the amount of binder.
